Responsibilities

The Senior Business Systems Analyst provides functional support for various systems and/or applications by being the main liaison between business users and technical teams to identify, analyze and translate needs into specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analyst may also lead small teams for a specific project.

Qualifications & Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
Experience with documentation and problem resolution
Meeting facilitation skills
Ability to present ideas and information in group settings
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
Understanding of structured programming techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand
The ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients Siebel skills required:
Extensive experience working in the field in Siebel as a Business System Analyst
Excellent knowledge of Siebel tools
Experience with Siebel 7.x - Siebel 7 Certified
